OUR PROGRAM

Thin Within is a non-diet, grace-oriented approach to weight loss with no calorie counting or food restrictions. Using the body’s God-given signals of hunger and fullness, Thin Within teaches how to listen and respond to those signals. Success is not in following food rules, but experiencing God’s transforming grace leading us to live the abundant life!

OUR ORIGINS

Thin Within workshops were started in 1975 by Judy Wardell-Halliday and Joy Imboden Overstreet. They both shared past struggles with food and weight-related issues, and from these experiences and their research, they developed a revolutionary approach that has helped thousands with similar problems throughout the United States and Canada.
