Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting?
The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm.
Let nothing move you.
Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord,
because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

How does the truth that Jesus blew the lid off the grave affect you today practically?
Wow this truth affects me every day of my life. Through His perfect sacrifice I have hope. He so clearly shows that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. We are not perfect, but if we continue to follow Him He will grow us into perfection. The road may not be easy, but He is our guide. How blessed we are. Happy Easter Heidi and all. Thank you!

He is risen! And is alive, with us, today. Nothing is too big for Him, nothing is too small! He loved us so much that He laid down His life for us – He is our good shepherd. Happy Easter, all.
Death does not have to be the result in my life – He Is Risen gives me the hope that with HIS power He can raise me out of that death grip of poor eating or any other challenge in my life! Thank you Jesus. We heard in a Sunrise Service message today – that the stone was rolled away to not let Jesus out, but to let us in! So precious!!
