This week, we look at Barb Ravelings Day 12 – Hopeless Eating.
Here are some thoughts about hope and hopelessness and how it affects our eating. If you are an email subscriber, please be sure to visit the blog site, as the emails don’t include the videos.

It is important when we are struggling with a sense of hopelessness to take our thoughts captive and replace them with truth. I strongly recommend truth journaling. It is a powerful means of learning to think differently.
What will you do today to conquer the subtle (or bold) influence of hopelessness that the enemy tries to settle on your life? What will you do to respect your boundaries when hope wanes?
I love the feeling of hope!! Thanks so much for this video!!!
Ever since I started this Bible study with you several weeks ago, I have had great hope. Thanks for reminding us that God is doing a new thing in us right now. I do perceive it and I am grateful. Every moment is an opportunity to worship God and when we fail one moment, we can turn back and choose to follow Him the next moment. Thanks again.
I’m with Lisa. This study has me covered in hope. I have experienced renewing of my mind and for the first time, really, I have truly committed to this way of eating. I am hopeful for transformation. I needed to be reminded about truth journaling and capturing each moment for God. I also like to think of Satan losing when I choose to praise God when tempted and when I stay inside my secondary boundaries! I am not going to give the enemy cause for delight.
Psalm 145:18-19
The Lord is near to all who call to Him, to all who call to Him in truth. He fulfills the desires of those who fear him; He hears their cry and saves them.
Also Isaiah 40:31
But those who HOPE in The Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
I may have mixed two versions of the verse… I was able to spend a fair amount of time in the word today and felt led to share.
If you have room would appreciate adding my name to this class, and the one under it.
Thanking You in Advance,
